The THS supply arrangement (SA) is a mandatory procurement method for federal departments in the National Capital Region to acquire temporary help services for assignments not exceeding 48 consecutive weeks. The SA outlines terms, conditions, and business rules for procuring temporary help, covering various streams and categories. Client departments can use the THS tool to contract services, while interested suppliers need to bid via the RFSA in the Centralized Professional Services System ePortal.
