Despite the closure of the restaurant fifteen years ago, customers could still purchase the chef's products directly from the pasta factory in Chicoutimi. The temporary suspension of operations due to health reasons has left a void in the culinary landscape, reflecting the legacy of Italian culinary expertise in the area.
